This page describes how Auctra subscriptions are sold, billed, and renewed. Checkout and payment processing may be provided by Creem as merchant of record ("MoR"), which collects tax and issues receipts on our behalf.
1. Plans and pricing
Current list prices are published on our pricing page. Features and limits vary by plan. We may offer custom enterprise agreements separately in writing.
2. Billing cycle
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled.
- You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
- Price changes apply to the next renewal after notice on this site or by email.
The exact product, price, currency, billing interval, trial terms, renewal date, and applicable tax are displayed before you complete checkout. Access to digital services begins after successful checkout.
3. Taxes
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added at checkout based on your location. Business customers with valid tax IDs may qualify for reverse-charge treatment where supported at checkout.
4. Payment methods
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout (typically major credit and debit cards). Payment details are stored by the payment processor, not on Auctra servers.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, we may retry and notify you. Continued failure may downgrade or suspend paid features after a grace period.
6. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from console settings or by emailing billing@auctra.tech. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
7. Invoices and receipts
Receipts are emailed after successful payment. For invoice copies or billing disputes, contact billing@auctra.tech.
8. Trials and plan changes
If a paid trial is offered, its length and first billing date appear at checkout. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal. Any prorated amount will be shown before confirmation.
