This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. You must not use Auctra—or configure agents to use Auctra—to facilitate prohibited, harmful, or illegal activity.
1. Prohibited uses
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Processing or exfiltrating data without proper authorization or lawful basis.
- Deploying agents that bypass Auctra evaluation for consequential actions you configured to require it.
- Harassment, threats, fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
- Malware, unauthorized access, or interference with the Services or other customers.
- Generating or enabling sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content through integrated agents.
- High-risk financial activity without appropriate human oversight and compliance controls.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Services without written permission.
2. AI agent requirements
- Every production agent must have an identified human sponsor accountable in your organization.
- Delegations must use realistic scopes, limits, and expiration dates.
- You must not use Auctra to launder unauthorized actions or falsify audit records.
- Prompt injection or tool abuse that circumvents your policies is your responsibility to mitigate.
3. API and security
- Do not share API keys in public repositories or client-side code.
- Rotate compromised keys immediately and notify support@auctra.tech of suspected incidents.
- Do not probe or scan the Services without authorization.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate violations, request remediation, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.

Report suspected abuse to support@auctra.tech.
